• Customer Data: contacts, conversations, leads, campaigns and any content you upload or send through RawCRM.
• Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed.
• Cookies: for authentication, preferences and analytics.

• To provide, maintain and improve RawCRM.
• To process payments and send billing notices.
• To send service announcements, product updates and security alerts.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and policy violations.
• To comply with legal obligations.

When you connect a WhatsApp Business number to RawCRM, conversations and message metadata are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's privacy practices apply additionally and are described in their own policies.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Sub-processors who help us run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, email, analytics, payment processors).
• Authorities when required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
• Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice to you.

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days and then deleted, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR where relevant), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our team.

Your data may be processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

RawCRM is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
