This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to RawCRM, a product of Tagsquad Corporation Pvt Ltd.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe.
RawCRM is billed monthly in advance at ₹2,000 per month (plus applicable taxes). Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then.
Because we offer a full-featured 7-day free trial that lets you evaluate RawCRM before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

To request a refund, reach out to our team within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
After cancellation, your account is retained in a read-only state for 30 days so you can export your data. After 30 days, the account and associated data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.
