The rules of the road for using RawCRM. Please read these Terms carefully — by using RawCRM you agree to them.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RawCRM, a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Tagsquad Corporation Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). RawCRM is the brand name of the product; the contracting entity is Tagsquad Corporation Pvt Ltd.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using RawCRM, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
RawCRM is offered on a subscription basis. We currently offer a single plan at ₹2,000 per month with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
You agree not to use RawCRM to send spam or unsolicited messages, violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy, infringe on any third-party rights, transmit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
RawCRM is built on top of the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp through RawCRM is additionally governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies. Violations may result in suspension by WhatsApp or by us.
You retain ownership of all data you upload, send or receive through RawCRM ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The RawCRM platform, brand, logos and all underlying software are the exclusive property of Tagsquad Corporation Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works without our written consent.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the integrity of the platform or violates WhatsApp policies. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
RawCRM is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagsquad Corporation Pvt Ltd's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to RawCRM shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
